West Virginians Rally to Protect Family Farms — Join the Fight

Across the Mountain State, family farms are under threat — and West Virginians are standing up to say enough is enough.

The Greenbrier County Democratic Women’s Club has launched a grassroots petition demanding action to protect West Virginia’s farmland, support local growers, and defend rural communities from policies that put profits over people.

For generations, our farms have fed families, powered local economies, and shaped our heritage. But without bold leadership and community pressure, we risk losing them to corporate greed, unchecked development, and state-level indifference.
