   • Find and help strong candidates.

   • Offer training and resources.

   • Build local teams to support them.

   • Share our message clearly and widely.

   • Use social media and local news effectively.

   • Create materials that explain our goals.

3. Competence (Money & Teamwork)

   • Raise funds to support our work.

   • Work together with other groups.

   • Plan and manage our resources wisely.
