<h5>Accessing WVDP VoteBuilder</h5><p>The West Virginia Democratic Party (WVDP) Voter File, <span style="color: var(--color-text); text-decoration-color: var(--color-text);"><strong>VoteBuilder</strong></span>, is a tool available to all Democratic County Parties, candidates, and partners in good standing. VoteBuilder is considered the gold-standard of campaign technology for voter contact and volunteer management. VoteBuilder provides users access to not only the voter file data from each County Clerk, but also to powerful score modeling and consumer data to help us target the right people.</p><p>Each County Party, campaign, or partner is given access to their own committee to engage in voter contact and volunteer management. The information generated by these groups is unique to each committee, and proprietary for the duration of the cycle. At the end of each calendar year, WVDP’s data team incorporates the collective data of all committees to improve the overall data for all VoteBuilder users, in this way making the use of the tool cooperative.&nbsp;</p><p><span style="color: var(--color-text); text-decoration-color: var(--color-text);">In an effort to ensure quality access, fair cost, and accountable use, the WVDP is instituting the following<strong> </strong><a href="/58251e73-0cb4-4ea8-8971-3acddc66c794"><strong>VoteBuilder policies</strong></a> for the 2026 cycle. WVDP reserves the right to add, remove, or change any of these policies as deemed necessary throughout the cycle.</span><br></p>

Code § 3-1-9 and the WVDP Bylaws, the WVSDEC shall meet and organize within thirty days after the primary election.</p><p>This notice amends and supplements the previously issued notice of the June 6, 2026 Organizational Meeting of the WVSDEC.</p><p>The WVSDEC will hold its Organizational and Regular Meeting on June 6, 2026 at 3:00 PM at the WVSSPA Conference Center in Charleston, WV.</p><p>The meeting will include filling vacancies; ratifying CDUC/AAC at-large members; electing three at-large members, officers, and standing committee members; and any other business properly brought before the Committee.</p><p>The Committee will fill vacancies for one Male member from Senate District 1, one Male member from Senate District 2; one Male and one Female member from Senate District 3; one Female member from Senate District 12; one Female member from Senate District 14; and any other vacant positions set forth in W. Va. Code § 3-1-9 and the WVDP Bylaws following certification of the Primary Election.</p>

The Commission found that a Speaker cannot take on outside work connected to legislative interests without creating an unavoidable conflict of interest or the appearance of impropriety, or both, and that neither disclosure nor recusal is enough to fix that problem.</p>

Code § 3-1-9 and the WVDP Bylaws, the WVSDEC shall meet and organize within thirty days after the primary election.</p><p>The WVSDEC will hold its organizational meeting on June 6, 2026 at 3:00 PM at the WVSSPA Conference Center in Charleston, WV.</p><p>The meeting will include the election of: Chair; First and Second Vice Chairs; two Associate Chairs (1 male, 1 female); Congressional District Vice Chairs (CD1 &amp; CD2, 1 male and 1 female each); Recording Secretary; Associate Secretary; Treasurer; Parliamentarian; three at-large members; and standing committee members.</p><p>The Committee will also fill vacancies for one Male member from Senate District 2; one Male and one Female member from Senate District 3 excluding Wood County; and one Female member from Senate District 14.</p><p>Additionally, the Committee will fill any other vacant positions set forth in <span style="color: var(--color-text); text-decoration-color: var(--color-text);"><a href="https://code.wvlegislature.gov/pdf/3-1-9/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" style="color: var(--color-text); text-decoration-color: var(--color-text);">W. Va.
