Libraries

Libraries are the foundation of our life-long learning. The West Virginia Democratic Party supports creative local efforts in joining state government to increase the resources available to all public libraries. We support efforts led by Senator Rockefeller to assure public libraries have affordable access to the information superhighway. State government should assume the leadership in ensuring the continuation of library programs in all counties.
